COMPANY
La Barbetta Servizi d.o.o. is a service company under Croatian law, which takes care of the creation and development of the OBC portfolio and then makes it autonomous.
Since 2020, it has obtained prior authorizations to tokenize the project in order to make it accessible to the external public, operate in the markets of interest and raise financing from anywhere in the world, in compliance with anti-money laundering laws.
This utility token is intended for international buyers based around the world, excluding those with residence/nationality in the United States of America or any other country where the purchase of tokens or cryptocurrencies is legally prohibited.
The corporate structure is committed to developing the OBC Project, achieving the objectives of its members.
The construction of the Digital Investment Portfolio will therefore take place in a gradual and shared manner. Similarly, its capitalization will take place in growth phases and will be managed and participated by Community Affiliates, with the support of free and discretionary independent fundraising.
MISSION
The objective of the OBC Community is to create a special Digital Investment Portfolio that is democratically and freely participated, as well as freely managed. The ultimate goal of the project is to create a circular economy based on the creation of wealth to be shared with all portfolio shareholders. The OBC project is an example of real Economic Democracy.
VISION
The Project originates from real life experiences, which highlight the enormous gap present in the world between the wealth of the territory and the wealth of the people who live there. This becomes very evident if we look at Africa: the African people are notoriously the richest in natural resources but, despite this, they are poor in their wealth. The ambition of the OBC project is to collaborate with the weakest and most disadvantaged peoples, in order to create opportunities for mutual solidarity and to generate real contributions that can be concretely shared among all those entitled to it. An example would come from the possibility of using the same assets present in the territory of these emerging economies to generate more wealth than they would obtain on their own.
